Refill Jackson Initiative Application

Our mission is to empower young adults (18 – 26 year olds) so that they are more confident, skilled, and motivated to enter the workforce.

The Refill Jackson Initiative’s Pre-Employment Training program is a 4-week, paid training program built for young adults ages 18-26 who want to gain skills and connections to employment. During this training program, young adults gain confidence, marketable skills, and a long-term network of support. Members receive a modest living stipend of up to $540 with full attendance, and wrap-around social services in additional to training.
