Refill Jackson Initiative Application

Our mission is to empower young adults so that they are more confident, skilled, and motivated to enter the workforce.

Through a nine-week paid training program, we teach essential soft skills in a classroom setting and on-the-job training opportunities. Our program team works with participants to meet their needs and provide 10 months of support after graduation.

Our next workforce cohort will start in 2025, however, applications are always accepted.
