Refill Jackson Initiative’s Organizational Confidentiality of Information Policy:

Refill Jackson Initiative is committed to transparency and deliberate in its efforts to make available legally releasable and non-proprietary information—whether positive or negative in nature—in a manner that is accurate, timely, balanced, and unequivocal, so that our stakeholders and the general public are able to hold Refill Jackson Initiative accountable for our actions, policies, and
practices. While committed to transparency, Refill Jackson Initiative must still protect sensitive and/or proprietary information, which includes, but is not limited to, personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive information related to our cohort members, and donor and prospective donor information.

Information designated as confidential, privileged, or nonpublic may not be disclosed to anyone outside Refill Jackson Initiative and may be discussed within Refill Jackson Initiative only on a “need-to-know” basis. In addition, employees, interns, volunteers, and Board members have a responsibility to avoid inappropriate disclosure of Refill Jackson Initiative’s matters, its employees, its programs, and its cohort members, regardless if the information has been designated confidential, privileged, or nonpublic.

Use of Information: Refill Jackson Initiative uses any contact information provided to us, including phone numbers and email addresses, to send SMS and email messages regarding your inquiries, program information, organizational updates, and/or appeals for support. Mobile phone information or opt-in data collected will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
