Are you looking for an opportunity to make Jackson a better place to live, learn new basic construction and environmental work skills, earn a living stipend and nationally-recognized credentials, and have fun doing it? Refill Jackson Green Corps is a 5-month, team-based environmental workforce training program serving Jackson. While serving as a Green Corps member, members will:
- Gain work experience while completing environmental and disaster response projects
- Earn a $5,000 living stipend while serving
- Earn credentials such as OSHA-10, Water Quality Monitoring, Tool and Worksite Safety, and First Aid & CPR
- Receive wraparound social services
- Have the opportunity to explore careers in water quality and conservation, energy, construction, landscaping, environmental work, and disaster response
