The Refill Jackson Initiative’s Pre-Employment Training program is a 4-week, paid training program built for young adults ages 18-26 who want to gain skills and connections to employment. During this training program, young adults gain confidence, marketable skills, and a long-term network of support.
If you are accepted as a member of our program, you will develop job and life skills in our training room, receive one-on-one career coaching and exploration, and wrap-around social services, while earning a weekly stipend
