We ensure that members graduate from the program with the basic necessary skills to be successful in the workplace, and they are ready to get to work!

During the program, we encourage our members to plan their next steps following graduation. Some choose to pursue further education, but most want to move immediately into our internship program or regular employment.

Through our paid internship program, members may work 480 hours over no more than six months. Because of generous support from the Central Mississippi Planning and Development District, Refill is able to pay the wages and payroll taxes for internships at external worksites.
